I am the owner of a 2.5 storey terrace house in Gasing Indah, Petaling Jaya. I'm seeking a responsible tenant to look after the property. The ideal tenant should be respectful of the property to care for it as their own, therefore to keep it clean, maintain it in good order, and repair any items broken under their tenancy. Preferably families with matured children, or responsible, matured working professionals. Students are NOT suitable.
The neighbors are mostly families in a healthy multi-racial neighborhood. In the evenings and early mornings, you will see residents exercising and playing games at a nearby field.
